Join a welcoming Marblehead family in their search for a nurturing and dynamic nanny to care for their two adorable children, aged 3.5 years (girl) and 1 year (boy). The family's son delights in his verbal abilities and follows a structured two-nap daily routine, while their daughter charms with her chattiness, playful spirit, and independent nature. With a schedule spanning Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening hours available, this full-time role offers approximately 35 hours per week of engaging childcare opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license for transportation needs and may have the chance to accompany the family on occasional trips to Florida. Duties include children's laundry, meal preparation tailored to their dietary needs, and maintaining a tidy home environment in collaboration with the organization-oriented mother. The family eagerly anticipates welcoming a playful, reliable, and communicative individual who will seamlessly integrate into their familial dynamic.

In addition to providing attentive care during the weekdays, the chosen nanny will play a pivotal role in supporting the family's oldest child's school and extracurricular commitments. With the child attending school until early afternoon on selected weekdays and participating in gymnastics and soccer activities, the nanny's involvement in coordinating and facilitating these engagements will be essential. Compensation is $30-32/hour

Benefits: 2 weeks vacation (nanny has discretion over both weeks), holidays, 5 sick days, open to HC stipend as needed

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience that can be verified
• Holds a valid driver’s license
• Able to provide a minimum of 3 outstanding references from prior childcare positions
• Be fully fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States
• Clean driving record
