- Fri, 11:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM (Lunch) 5:00 PM ~ 11:00 PM (Dinner)
- Sat, 5:00 PM ~ 11:00 PM (Dinner)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provides menu (Japanese food, Sushi, Sashimi, and other appetizers) recommendations and upsell additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear tables and reset for the next guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate the POS system to process payments
Qualifications:
- Over 18 and requires TABC Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Willingness to help out with bussing tables or other tasks as needed
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
