Server/Waiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and efficient manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Strong math skills for handling payments accurately
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS is desirable
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

Pay: $2.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
