Full Time Hostess

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hostess . As a Hostess you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in seating guests according to their preferences and the restaurant's seating capacity
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests regarding reservations, wait times, and restaurant policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a host/host in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Aloha POS) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
