Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm (~40 hours per week)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Care and supervision of three children
- Coordinate with the cook, morning nanny and EA.
- Run errands, schedule appointments, and source vendors.
- Conduct research for kids' activities and schedule engagements.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including cleaning up after children and in the kitchen.
- Source and manage vendors.
- Prepare simple meals for both children and adults.
- Drive children as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including children's laundry.
- Handle grocery shopping and other tasks as assigned.
- Keep children's rooms tidy.
Requirements:
- Professional career nanny / family assistant with a minimum of five years of experience.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, energetic, and a team player.
- Ability to handle scheduling, source vendors, and run errands independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the family and vendors.
- Clean driving record and willingness to use family-provided car.
- Long-term commitment is required.
- Must sign an NDA and undergo an in-depth background investigation.
- Willingness to travel (though not mandatory).
Compensation:
- $40 per hour.
- Guaranteed pay for 52 weeks per year.
- Two weeks paid vacation.
- Five paid sick days.
- Stipend for healthcare coverage.
- Discretionary bonus potential.
