Creative Perspectives is a leading consulting firm with several years of experience in leadership development, Customer Support, and client management. On our Customer Support team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience – from setting up new accounts to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services.
Customer Support Agent Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
- Responsible for top-level Customer Support, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
- Support the marketing work of other team members
- Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events
Customer Support Agent Requirements:
- 1-year of Customer Service, Customer Support, business management, sales experience or related coursework preferred
- Great communication skills
- Goal-Oriented
- Good work ethic
- Excellent attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
