Full Time Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide employee orientation and training to new hires
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
- Manage shifts and ensure proper staffing levels
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data, calculate discounts, and manage cash flow

Skills:
- Previous experience in store management or Assistant Manager role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to effectively supervise employees and delegate tasks
- Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Strong interviewing skills to identify qualified candidates for employment
- Basic math skills for sales analysis, inventory management, and cash handling
