Job Summary: Calling all burger aficionados and master multitaskers! We're on the hunt for an Assistant Manager who's as fired up about food as we are. As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the MVP (Most Valuable Player) of our team, keeping the good times rolling and the burgers flipping!

Responsibilities:

• Rock out with the General Manager in running the show - from opening up shop to shutting down the grill, you'll be there every step of the way.
• Lead the charge and pump up the team to deliver service that's as awesome as our burgers (that's pretty darn awesome!).
• Teach, train, and coach our crew to be the best of the best - because greatness starts with the first bite!
• Step up to the plate and handle any guest issues with style and grace - turning frowns upside down is your specialty.
• Team up with the management squad to hit those sales targets out of the park and keep the good vibes flowing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent - we're more about passion than paper, but a little education never hurt nobody!
• Previous management gig in the restaurant business or customer service world is a plus - but if you've got the drive, we'll teach you the rest!
• Supercharged leadership skills that can light up a room (or a fryer!) - because leading by example is how we roll.
• Killer communication skills - whether you're shouting orders or sharing a laugh, you know how to get your message across.
