For 20 years, eTool Developers, a West Michigan-based family-owned company, has specialized in developing eCommerce websites for businesses in the Automotive Industry. We have an immediate opening for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team.

Job Description

You will be joining a team responsible for developing new websites and performing maintenance on existing websites built on top of our custom software development platform. This position is an equal mix of front-end styling and back-end scripting. The position will also include data analytics work so a background and familiarity with data auditing using SQL databases, Excel Spreadsheets or XML files would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Experience programming with these languages and technologies is highly preferred:

-PHP 8 experience. A large part of the position will be programming in the latest version of PHP.

-Latest JavaScript/JQuery/AJAX/JSON/React or equivalent.

-MySQL/MariaDB or equivalent experience writing SQL queries and working with complex databases.

-Front-end Styling UI/UX experience. Must be very proficient in CSS.

-Experience with eCommerce systems, CMS platforms, or equivalent. Knowledge of back-office eCommerce website tasks such as order file transmissions, inventory updates, shipping, taxes, product data management, APIs, etc.

-Experience with GA4/Google Ads/SEO Best Practices/Event Tracking/Heat Mapping/Segmentation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
