A Walk West Full Stack Drupal Developer is responsible for bringing creative visions to life online. This includes, but is not limited to: managing client websites, website development, website updates and providing technical support and direction.

- Experience with WordPress and Drupal 10 is required
- Has a clear understanding of front end and back end technologies
- Experience with LAMP stack
- Understands front end technologies including HTML5, Sass, CSS, and JavaScript
- jQuery experience
- Mobile-First Responsive Development experience, including exposure to front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Familiarity with ADA accessibility guidelines and best practices
- Solid experience with terminal/CLI-based tools is a plus
- Experience on the Pantheon hosting environment is a plus
- Cross-browser testing
- Maintains responsible code commenting habits
- Experienced with code versioning tools, especially Git
- Familiarity with technical SEO requirements, tracking, and marketing techniques and tools, such as Google Tag Manager
- Strong, consistent and clear communication skills are key
- Strong project management skills
- Has the ability to work well with a team as well as the client in pursuing the common goal of a digital project that commences flawlessly
- Has a desire to win awards on every project that crosses his or her desk

Responsibilities
- Work with other developers and designers to plan, estimate, and implement web presences
- Create HTML/CSS/JS that capture designs built in Figma and XD
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Use jQuery and other Javascript libraries to add a layer of UX above and beyond design concepts
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and bug fixes for applications
- Participate in constructive code reviews with peers and adapt code to meet best practices/coding standards
- Identify and communicate new opportunities to improve processes
- Assists in site migrations and streamlining hosting-related services (hosting, backup management, version control, security and maintenance updates, etc.)
- Rapidly learn new frameworks and technologies as required
- Manage and help coach junior developers including client-side developers
- Oversee all development schedules
- Oversee and be dedicated to a single Walk West blue-chip account
