Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of Agency Recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of Legal, Accounting, Finance, Professional or Executive Search
- Cold-call candidates and clients and enjoy working both sides of the desk
- Must be comfortable making phone calls, sending texts and emails
- Experience with sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn) and be knowledgeable in Boolean searches.
- Must be a self starter and be able to succeed in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
- Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Our office is based in Coral Springs, Florida. After initial onboarding, hybrid work set up is an option
