Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate tech-enabled Transformation: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technology into ABA practices, using data to personalize interventions, enhance client progress, and streamline workflows.
  • Scale with Quality: Design strategies to deliver high-quality ABA services to a wider population, ensuring accessibility and maximizing positive impact.
  • Empower through data-driven insights: Champion data analytics to inform best practices, refine treatment approaches, and drive evidence-based decisions across the program.
  • Build the Future: Play a key role in defining the future of ABA through research, developing innovative tools, and collaborating with leading technologists.
  • Nurture Talent & Families: Foster a dynamic and supportive environment where BCBAs, RBTs, and families thrive, promoting collaborative learning, continuous development, and a passion for excellence.

Essential Duties:

  • Leadership & Communication: Ensure effective, behavior-analytic communication with staff, families, and clients, lead internal provider meetings, and serve as a liaison across teams.
  • Culture & Development: Foster a strong company culture, enhance professional development for all clinicians, and oversee company wide programs and projects.
  • Clinical Supervision & Support: Conduct weekly caseload reviews and monthly BCBA meetings, provide training and feedback, and ensure team support and fulfillment of treatment hours. Develop clinical policies and protocols to drive high quality care and organizational alignment.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Review treatment plans, understand insurance requirements, train on billable notes, ensure timely document completion, and adhere to ethical and procedural guidelines.
  • Performance Management & Growth: Conduct progress and performance reviews, oversee RBT evaluations, manage the Student Analyst Program, and identify and develop training opportunities.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Collaboration: Assist with marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts, and align ABA services with the company's strategic plan.
  • Family & Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and clients, provide ongoing communication and support, and facilitate caregiver engagement through training, group sessions, and resource sharing.

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Operate within local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts appropriately.
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked clinic facilities and ensure providers have necessary supplies.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct and supervisory ABA services.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing innovative projects.
  • Expertise in data analysis, program development, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ethical principles and best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform healthcare delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to family-centered care.
  • Position is eligible for remote work, however will require frequent travel to our Frontera Health New Mexico clinics in Las Cruces, Hobbs, Clovis and Santa Teresa and future expansion regions, travel will account for 50% of your work hours.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing technology-based interventions in ABA.
  • Familiarity with data science and statistical analysis techniques.
  • A track record of collaborating with researchers and technologists.
  • Experience in provider recruitment, onboarding, and development.
