Full Charge Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently, as this role involves primarily solo operation. While this position isn't entry-level, extensive experience isn't a requirement either. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
• Preparing and processing journal entries for various accounts.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts regularly.
• Assisting with job costing and budgeting.
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
• Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with QuickBooks Online
• 2+ Years of Bookkeeping Experience
• Understanding of Accounting Principles
• Excellent Organizational & Prioritization Skills
