- Accounts Payable
- Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation
- Administer monthly accounting close
- Prepare cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
- Regulate Accounts Receivable
- Extra unique tasks if required- Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in Administrative experience
- Expertise in Automated Payroll
- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
- 5+ years of related experience- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
