Warehouse Associate I

Summary of Responsibilities:

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Unloads all materials delivered to Rec dock
• Inspects deliveries upon receipt for damages or shortages
• Maintains/organizes daily deliveries into specific Rec docks
• Manually receives warehouse POs into inventory
• Documents ALL discrepancies with inbound POs (overage, shortage, damage, wrong part, etc.)
• Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor
• Under general supervision, exercises some judgement in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a supervisor.

Qualifications/Skills

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years computer experience required
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience required

Environmental Job Requirements

• Physical activity required including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standing
• Long hours of computer-based work
