Rently is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, high performing Fulfillment Supervisor to join a growing Night Shift Logistics team. This position shall drive best practices to ensure that RENTLY has the systems, processes, and procedures in place to scale with the Company's growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of Fulfillment processing. Strive to improve fulfillment performances and processes.
Job Duties:

    • Assign Night Shift team tasks to enhance efficiency and meet SLA commitments.
    • Utilize NetSuite WMS software to optimize fulfillment operations and become proficient.
    • Develop and implement processes to ensure the highest fulfillment accuracy.
    • Establish SOPs for order fulfillment, aligning with operational objectives.
    • Report on and actively contribute to the development of fulfillment and performance KPIs.
    • Lead the training and development of fulfillment associates.
    • Complete all necessary paperwork and promptly report any anomalies.
    • Consistently track and report performance data as per logging procedures.
    • Maintain equipment in accordance with maintenance guidelines.
    • Foster efficient communication among Fulfillment, Inventory Control, and QA teams, while adhering to internal control policies and company guidelines.
    • Champion GWP and housekeeping standards as required, providing basic facilities support.
    • Promote the adoption of OKRs methodology across the team and maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality in line with company policies.
    • On site presence Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Skills & Qualifications:
    • 2-3 years of experience with a college degree or 4+ years of experience with equivalent certification.
    • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fulfillment/customer-centric environment.
    • Requires MRP experience (NetSuite ERP & SalesForce CRM experience a plus).
    • Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office Suite (e.g., vlookups).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and all levels of Company employees.
    • Possess strong analytical abilities, inquisitiveness, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Licensed and trained to operate a variety of powered industrial equipment
    • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.

$26 - $32 an hour
For applicants located in California, the range for this full-time role is expected to be $26-32/hourly.Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
Work Environment Acknowledgement: The role operates within a warehouse environment where the use of personal protective equipment may be necessary. Additionally, there may be exposure to extreme temperatures based on the season and weather conditions. The ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required.
