Fuel Systems Dispatcher

The Fikes Companies is now hiring a Fuel Systems Dispatcher to join their team in Belton, Texas!
Responsibilities:

• Dispatches all fuel-related calls from stores or support team and ensures they are dispatches to correct personnel.
• Triages calls and takes proper action.
• Performs follow up on fuel-related work orders in Titan system – takes appropriate action based on status.
• Places, tracks, and receives fuel parts orders, and ensures CEFCO always has fuel parts in stock.
• Tracks all Tech cores owed and balance at the end of the month.
• Processes all monthly expense reports for internal Technicians.
• Produces reports from Titan and provides to Director or others as needed.
• Provides on-call coverage for fuel emergency dispatch 7 days a week.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by Director.

Qualifications:
1-3 years’ general office experience; must have excellent communication and customer service skills, intermediate skills in MS Office Suite, and able to pick up new software quickly. Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, possess strong attention to detail and superb organization skills. Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm) and on-call.
