What you will do:
- Based in New Iberia, LA, or its surrounding areas.
- Responsible for providing operational assistance to Aggreko customers and internal staff regarding equipment performance.
- Monitor, maintain refueling schedules, and respond urgently to incoming fuel alarms during rotating shifts (7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday).
- Utilize the Aggreko Remote Monitoring ("ARM") system to remotely monitor fuel tanks and generators equipped with fuel tanks.
- Develop and maintain a fuel monitoring and response guide/process based on alarm data trends and feedback from field operations.
- Participate in regular meetings with relevant departments to discuss ongoing trends. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, actively promoting safe work practices. Also, provide technical support for field connectivity calls from local Technicians.
We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
- A Minimum High School Diploma / associate degree / Vocational training
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in dispatching, logistics, or monitoring, preferably in the fuel industry (fuel transportation or brokerage)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to translate analytical data into useful information and advanced level use of Microsoft products
