Turnaround/Capital Scheduler

Our client is seeking a Turnaround/Capital Scheduler to work within their facilities located in Lake Charles, LA for a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports.




• Schedulers will walk down scope, verify progress, and coordinate with all parties to ensure the schedule reflects proper status and forecast.




• During execution Schedulers with mobilize to the field and provided daily forecasts for the management team.




• All Schedulers will ensure the current status of every phase is accurately reflected in the reporting cycle.




• Develop proper scheduling infrastructure for each turnaround: activity codes, resources, WBS nodes, etc.




• Import jobs, tie logic, code, resource load/level all work in schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing resource loaded CPM project schedules in P6 (Primavera), Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P/6.




• Proven experience running reports in Primavera.




• Exceptional communication skills with others at all levels of organization.




• Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.




• Candidates must be able to work in USA without sponsorship.




• Candidates must have active TWIC or be able to obtain prior to start date.
