Form of workFuel Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for daily reconciling and billing for store sales relating to gas stations / convenience stores that Giant Oil owns, as well as posting daily incoming credit card receipts and loyalty charges. Accounts Receivable will also be responsible for creating and processing daily bank drafts, ensuring timely payment to accounts and proper posting of payments.
Some key qualifications include:
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior Fuel Billing Experience (high volume)
- Convenience Store/Service Station accounting experience a plus
- Ability to work accurately and at a fast pace
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with fuel inventory accounting, fuel variance review and research, credit card processing, and disputing charges
- Experience in billing for fuel and retail franchises a plus.
