SalaryWe are looking for dynamic, friendly, detail-oriented individual to work with our Front Office team. This position will be able to work all areas of our Front Office at any of our Ambulatory Outpatient Centers. We are looking for someone that has flexibility in their daily schedule, has a strong work ethic, is motivated and will be a positive addition to our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience in a medical office/facility preferred but not required
- great customer/patient service skills a must
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- computer skills including word and excel a must
- the ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail
- at least a high school education or equivalent
- reliable transportation
- the ability to stand and/or sit for lengthy time periods, bending, reaching, and/or lifting up to 50lbs are required functions of this role
- immediate availability preferred
- must be available to work any of the following shifts, without limitations: 6:00am-2:30pm, 6:30am-3pm or 7:30am-4:00pm
This position is a full-time, 40 hours per week. Two weeks of hands-on training working various shifts in various roles and at multiple locations is required upon hire. Our centers are open Monday through Friday only, no nights, no weekends and no major holidays.
