Our Fargo, ND terminal is immediately hiring a Dispatcher. Shift: 7 AM-4 PM $50,000+ Depending on Experience Monday-Friday No Weekends Responsible for Dispatching drivers for pickups and drop-offs. Assist with process improvement and efficiency, quality, excellence, customer service (internal and external), and our culture Work to maintain optimum efficiency through process, questions, and reconfirmation Occasionally prepare, distribute, & file various correspondence, forms, and records Help Customers with pick-ups, deliveries, and tracking of shipments Communicate to management any issues that would affect the business Responsible to supervise and direct the day-to-day PUD activities of drivers.
