It is the responsibility of the Front Services Attendant to provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with taxis, outside transportation, baggage and personal belongings. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as with department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer property questions and provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority, and notify the supervisor of all unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft
- Open doors for guests entering and exiting the property
- Load and unload baggage from guests' vehicles
- Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property
- Provide assistance, offer room orientation, etc.
- Process tickets for guest items and/or assists with luggage
- Process group baggage for arrivals and departures
- Maintain control of and responsibility for the security of the luggage area/room
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:- Six (6) months of experience on similar role within a hospitality industry or similar environment
- Bilingual
