Front Office/Leasing Associate

Northern Pass Properties (NPP) is a locally owned and operated property management company. Our centrally located office makes managing our client's properties throughout the El Paso area easy for both our team and clients!

NPP is a small office that operates and runs a big business in an intimate family-style environment. We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and motivated individual to serve as our first point of contact for clients via phone calls, in-office visits, and prospect inquiries. If you have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and work competently in a fast-paced environment with little supervision, you may be a perfect fit to join our team!

Our dream hire must be/have:

• Bilingual (No exceptions) - we have a lot of Spanish speaking only clients.
• Tech Savvy - working with computers, printing, scanning, writing emails, and using spreadsheets are a large part of the role.
• Organized - many different things happen at our office, so the ability to prioritize is a must.
• Excellent Communication Skills - clearly explain policies and procedures verbally and in writing.
• Be available weekdays from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
• Be open-minded and willing to learn.
• Have a cell phone and be willing to use it to send/receive texts from our office group thread and to vendors.

What the job entails:

• Leasing Duties: Processing rental applications, communicating information to tenants/prospects/owners/vendors, handling collection of payments, assisting clients with key pick ups/returns, managing and updating spreadsheets
• Front Person Duties: Greeting clients, answering phones, checking voicemails, filing, maintaining office supplies, collecting/sorting mail, decorating the office for holidays, assisting co-workers with tasks as needed, and other clerical duties as assigned

Why should you apply? This job has a starting pay of $14 per hour. After the 90-day probation period, you will become a full-time employee and automatically receive a raise of 50 cents, bringing you up to $14.50 per hour. At 90-days, you will also start receiving holiday pay, paid time off, and quarterly bonuses (based on individual and company performance).
