Front Office Team Member

Job Overview: We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Duties: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and transcribing documents - Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed Skills: - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is preferred - Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed - Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
