Role & Responsibilities: - FO TECH Front Office Support -
The role is joining an active team in providing immediate hands-on support across several fixed income desks.
- Owns the enablement of customer /sales enablement on the dealer to customer markets.
- Consultant will troubleshoot this connectivity and confirm the flow of market data, order routing, and trade flow.
- Role includes documenting all issues (in Jira) and working to escalate as needed. - Must be able to own all issues from report to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related Technology major preferred
- Financial Services and / or application support experience preferred - 2-3 years of fixed income market support and /or Fixed Income product knowledge preferred
- Experience with support of dealer to customer markets
- Application support experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, energetic, and entrepreneurial work environment
- Exhibits strong teamwork skills
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadline
