Fairfield Inn is looking for a friendly upbeat individual that has a love for hospitality and customer service to fill the Front Desk Supervisor position. The Front Desk Supervisor will insure a positive first impression for our internal and external guests and assist guests with any requests in a courteous, friendly, professional manner, as well as act as the Manager on Duty
Responsibilities
- Checking guests into the hotel Handling check-out and any billing questions they may have Posting charges Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank Keep abreast of all information regarding the hotel and the surrounding area Manage all staff to ensure day to day operations are being completed and performed correctly
Qualifications
- Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone and communication skills Outgoing, friendly and organized Professional appearance and attitude Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently Overnight availability is a plus. Prior hotel front desk experience is a must. Management experience is required.
Holidays and weekends a must

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
