Front Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Ensure excellent guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest issues or complaints.
- Manage the phone system, including answering calls, directing calls to appropriate departments, and taking messages.
- Train and supervise Front Office staff to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Monitor and manage room availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office management role or similar position.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
