Front Office Lead Coordinator for Fast paced Fun Cat Resort

This is NOTa seasonal position - seeking long term people *at least 1 year + commitment.
Must be available on Saturdays & all major holidays. *If you live more than 12 miles from Belmont, please do not apply.
Work Hours:
Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm ~ 8 ½ hour shifts *please do not apply if you do not have availability between these hours. Full-time 32 -40 hours per week.

We strive to make everyone feel warmly welcomed. As Front Desk Lead Supervisor, you'll be first impression to visitors both in person and over the phone. Your home base will be at the front desk, but you will be constantly moving around the office and the facility performing various duties. Your multi-tasking skills and time management will be put to work with varying recurring responsibilities. We are an extremely busy cat hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the "face" of the company by managing the front desk, handling calls, greeting visitors, writing and receiving emails, receiving packages, etc.
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and confirming reservations, guests contacts and information.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, resolving conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Supervise staffing to verify that guest service, and operational needs are met.
- Provides training and written or verbal documentation of positive and or corrective feedback to Front Desk associates for all day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service, and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Opens/Closes building.
- Scheduling of all Front-End staff.
- Maintain that reservations are being properly recorded in the on-site system from email orders
- Respond to team logistical and guest-related concerns during the day, and troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Monitor email and social media for client questions, praise or complaints
- Research and implement NEW marketing tools to ultimately meet goals and grow the business
- Notify the Owner of any areas of the facility that need improvements or repairs
- Coordinate scheduling with Maintenance (or the Owner) any necessary maintenance at the facilities, ex. Filters, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance, or other construction or repair work
- The right candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel, with very strong writing and reading skills, with great critical thinking skills and excellent customer service and the ability to multitask with superb time management.
