Front Office Team Lead

We are an innovative and technology-driven specialty practice in sunny San Diego, CA seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join us in our mission to treat patients with compassion and respect as we strive to create an uplifting environment. We seek a warm and detail-oriented Front Office Team Leadwho excels in:

• Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
• Insurance billing with a very good understanding of PPO plans
• Creating relationships with others
• Professionalism and organization skills
• Learning new things, and is motivated to take initiative in understanding new tasks and procedures
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years of dental office experience(Required)
• TDO practice management software experience is a big plus!

This is a full-time position: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Salary: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)
