SalaryLooking for a full-time Front Office Lead for a busy orthopaedic surgery practice. Must be willing to travel to our secondary location 2 half days a week. Spanish speaker preferred but not required. Pay depends on experience. We seek a friendly team player who can multitask and communicate well with multiple office locations.

- Answering phones and scheduling patients.
- Greet and check in patients.
- Collect patient payments and post them accordingly.
- Scan insurance cards and patient documents into charts.
- Assist with surgery scheduling (gathering preop clearances, scheduling patient preop appointments)
- Inputting authorizations for HMO and PPO insurance and scheduling patients appropriately.
- May be asked to room patients when the office is busy.
- Maintain and order medical and office supplies.
