Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Utilize phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate sales leads and promote company offerings
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
