Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, including managing appointments, scheduling, and coordinating patient flow
- Greet and check-in patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Upkeep of patient charts and incoming information
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize computerized systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care takes place
-Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet for an efficient amount of time during the work day
-Work with provider on patient plan of care and assist in back office as needed by the team
-Monitor and assist with patient activity in the gym
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is highly preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficeny in Google Word/Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
