Position Overview

Our Front Office Clerk position is responsible for all aspects of Dental Front Office work. This includes: Greeting Patients, Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, Creating Treatment Plans, Presenting Treatment plans, Collecting Payments, Submitting Insurance Preauthorizations, Researching Claims, Submitting claims, General customer service etc.

We provide a variety of dentistry services such as dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, Chao pinhole gum treatment, crowns, bridges, orthodontics, dental cleanings, root canals, sedation dentistry, lumineers, TruDenta, periodontics, and wisdom tooth extractions. We provide dental care in a state-of-the-art facility with a friendly, welcoming environment. What You’ll Be Working On

• Dental Billing, Tracing, Working Denials
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients of all ages
• Schedule patient’s next treatment appointment
• Qualifications
• A minimum of one year of experience preferred
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for continuous growth and development
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
