SalaryLooking for a hard-working, professional, team player, with a great personality to assist with Front Office responsibilities. Must be polite, and good with patients. This is a part-time position with potential for transitioning into a full-time position with benefits.
- Answering phones and taking messages.
- Insurance verification
- Prior authorizations
- Making/cancelling/rescheduling appointments
- Working with the electronic medical record/medical record requests
- Clerical duties
- Willing to room patients or take vital signs if needed.
- May need to fill-in to help medial assistants, but this would be rare.
- Escort patients with wheelchairs in and out of the suite if needed.
- Faxing, scanning, copying documents and insurance cards.
- Any other clinical duties that may need to be done.
Candidate must have availability Tuesday-Saturday.
Hours will vary depending on clinic schedule.
Office Hours
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 12pm-8pm
Wednesday: 8am-3pm
Thursday: 9am-3pm
Friday: 8am-1pm
Saturday: 8am-12pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 32 per week
