Aqua Journeys Swimming is a small business in Ormond Beach, FL. We are customer-centric, agile, fun and our goal is to reduce childhood drowning in our community by teaching all ages self-rescue water skills and spreading awareness about drowning prevention.

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills, organized, and enjoy working with children and families. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to contribute their talents to our dynamic company.
Responsibilities:
- Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
- Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques.
- Organize office supplies, maintain inventory of office equipment.
- Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
- Assists clients with purchases of merchandise and vending.
- Greets parents and students as they report to the front desk. Checks in students on the attendance tracking system.
- Maintains cleanliness of the front desk area, snack shack area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area.
- Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner.
- Additional daily tasks and duties may be assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
