FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
FULL TIME POSITION
Requirements:
- Ability to work 5 days a week 9am-5pm. (32-40hrs)
- TEAM Player
- People Person with ability to communicate well with Patients.
- 1+ Years experience in the Med Spa industry is a Plus but not required.
- Computer Savvy, Experienced with use of Google Drive, Microsoft, IOS, etc..
- Experience with Medical EMR systems and HIPPA Compliance. (Patient Now a plus) Desire to grow in the Med Spa Industry.
Duties:
- Coordinate patient check in/out.
- Collect patient before and after photos.
- Utilize EMR (Patient Now) for Patient Scheduling and Booking.
- TEAM Player with ability to be flexible and support the team where needed.
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions. Have Med Spa Product and Services knowledge to educate and sale patients the appropriate products.
Salary
$18 - $25 per hour
