For this position with Pipkins Investigations, you will be asked to be the initial face of the company, transcribing reports, interfacing with clients, ensuring all reports and documents are received before transferring to our case management department and directing calls to the appropriate staff members. Pipkins Investigations is a high-volume company where attention to detail is essential to deliver the highest quality experience to all clients. Being able to handle multiple tasks at one time is an essential skill for this position. Previous experience in legal intake or similar fields is preferred but not required. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
