Front Office

Busy chiropractic office hiring for front desk office coordinator. Looking for a friendly, outgoing person who is willing to learn. Hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, and Fridays 8:30am-12:30pm. Duties include: (but not limited to)

• -Coordinate/ Perform all Front Office responsibilities-Cross training will also be provided for growth!
• -Greet patients and control/direct patient flow in office
• -Answer, direct phone calls and schedule patients visits
• -Create new patients charts
• -General understanding of insurance
• -Financial consultations-Sales
• -Coordinating schedules
• -General Office maintenance/clean-up
• -Typing and data entry
• -Microsoft Word and Excel
• -Ordering supplies/Restocking supplies when necessary
• -Set up clinic for patients
