Front End Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Front End department, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading, coaching, and helping develop cashiers to meet productivity goals. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong sense of urgency to meet company goals.

Duties:
- Ensure all cashiers are delivering a true customer experience at all time.

- Lead by example meeting cashier productivity of 100% and above weekly, and working with management to observe and coach cashiers on company processes providing feedback and recognition.
- Train and develop cashiers on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Ensure efficient and accurate cash handling procedures and loss prevention safety standards are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

-Review feedback from customer surveys and coach associates on how we can better impact the customer experience.

There is one full time position at 37.5 hours a week, and two part time positions at 15-25 hours per week available. We are seeking a candidate that is dedicated and interested in building and promoting within the company. Full timers are eligible for various benefits including but not limited to accrued vacation times and multiple insurances.
