Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the front-end operations of the store
- Train and develop front-end staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure efficient and accurate cash handling procedures
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the front-end area
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other department managers to achieve store goals
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
