Who are we looking for?
A mid-senior level frontEnd Developer to work on a critical project for Wyde in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in react.js and front-end technologies.
Technical Skills:

• Develop components across the full stack of Eco System written in Pega, Informatica, C & C++ JavaScript, React
• Insurance knowledge would be added advantage
• Should be able to work independently

 
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field and 2+ years of professional software development experience
  OR Master's Degree in computer science or related field and 1+ years of professional software development experience
• Development experience with object-oriented programming concepts in Python programming language
• Development experience with SQL, writing efficient queries, and indexing
• Development experience with git-based version control
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn new technologies
• Ability to work with engineers and product management teams in requirements definition, design, and development of software products
• Ability to communicate with business and technical teams both verbally and written

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Docker

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Work with the development manager, product managers and stakeholders to get clarification on business requirements and then implement solutions including code development and database design
• Should be flexible to work on proprietary software
• Gain an in-depth understanding of all the team's code, systems, and tools
• Support operations by identifying, researching, and resolving performance and issues in a production environment
• Ensure high quality solutions by implementing unit tests and supporting the creation and design of integration, load and user acceptance tests
• Independently break down, estimate, design, plan and deliver small and medium sized features
• Contribute to existing tech stack and actively research and advocate for new tools, technologies, and methodologies to evolve it over time

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Certification:

• Good to have certification but not mandatory if having sufficient experience.
