Job Description
- Dartpoints is seeking a Frontend Developer who will help improve usability and overall user experience for our customers and employees.
- You will work with a small and efficient team of engineers to deliver new changes often and your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers.
- This role will entail development on both the backend and client side, however it will be tasked with critical UI/UX development needs and will work with teams to translate requirements into interactive HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Conduct PR code reviews from your peers, both frontend and backend
- You'll optimize web design for maximum speed and compatibility work with UX designers and product team to finalize and flush out final UI into production
- Ensure websites are responsive and display and function correctly across multiple browsers
- Responsible for building interaction experiences and architecture including backend API’s
- Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement
- Responsible for some backend development regarding integrations to internal API’s as well as third party API’s
- Full stack debugging

- Ability to work outside of your comfort zone, which may include tracking down bugs, weighing in on UX improvements, or learning new technologies
- Experience with Angular
- Experience with .Net Core 5+ (Preferably 6+)
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Experience with SQL/Database Debugging
- Experience with Storybook
- Experience with TailwindCSS and/or Bootstrap
- Experience with IIS
- 5+ years of experience developing web apps with expertise in modern HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Accessible UI patterns
- Strong experience with UI & component architecture such as Angular, React, Vue, ViewComponents, or similar
- Strong experience with interaction development using JavaScript & AJAX
- Have been the primary developer of several components and features
- Familiarity with browser & email template testing and debugging
