SalaryOur well-established, specialized orthodontic practice is looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who understands the valuable role that the Front Desk Coordinator plays in an orthodontic practice. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service are a must. We are seeking someone who shares the passion and values of our practice. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Must have reliable transportation in order to travel to satellite office in Plymouth.
- Excellent Customer Service (greeting patients; maintaining relationships with new and current patients)
- Seamless Communication with patients, parents, and team members to ensure smooth work flow
- Answering the phones in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Learning scheduling and patient management software
- Maintaining the schedule (i.e. scheduling, confirmation, or cancellations of any appointment types)
- Verification of insurance eligibility
- Managing a fast-paced schedule
- Cross-function training when needed
- Fluent in Spanish, preferred
- Previous 1 year customer experience in dental setting preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
