Front Desk/Night Auditor

Job Description

The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor is responsible for all front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor also performs all night audit duties, including opening and closing duties, as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Check guests out and give them their daily key cards and turn them in to the office
• Open and close the hotel at the end of each shift
• Perform all night audit duties, including cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Greet guests warmly and answer any questions about the hotel
• Handle all guest requests or concerns in a timely manner
• Communicate with management about guest needs or concerns
• Maintain a clean environment in the hotel for guests to feel at home
• Maintain proper documentation for guest transactions in accordance with company policies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication with other staff members
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to write clear instructions and follow up calls with guests who need assistance.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
