The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors. Be instrumental in creating a professional and warm environment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones
Offer warm, sincere and personalized welcomes to all patrons
Signing in/out keys & registering guests
Package delivery at front desk
Documenting arrivals and departures of residents, guests and vendors
Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional
Maintain a clean workstation and organized working environment
Maintains daily log, records and forms
Monitoring alarms, security cameras & controls access to the building
Physically checking the grounds to include the recreation and pool areas, bathrooms as well as the parking garage & building floors 1-11
Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
Dress code well-groomed presentable black pants and black or white shirt.
Pay scale is $15 per hour
Schedule is Mon-Friday 12am-8am
