Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a positive attitude towards customers and employees.
Assists customers with questions in person or over the phone.
Reviews correspondences for accuracy.
Processes and distributes interoffice memos.
Types up letters/memos as necessary.
Shops for office supplies when necessary.
Schedules various appointments, maintains calendar
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Highschool diploma
Able to read and write in English
Be reliable and on time

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
Good written communication skills
Previous Barista experience
Problem solving ability
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
