SalaryOur brand new TownePlace Suites Las Vegas North I15 is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor/Sales Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead an excellent Front Desk operations through elevated Guest Satisfaction Surveys and brand standard requirements.
- Provide and complete all group business for sleeping rooms.
- Follow up on all group blocks. This includes making courtesy calls to groups reminding them of their cut-off dates, etc.
- Enter group reservations, ensure that any special requests are met and the group needs are properly accommodated.
- Knowledgeable of all current emergency policies and procedures.
- Cover Front Desk shifts as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Fosse experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
