Summary of Job Duties:
Responsible for the direct supervision of Hotel Operation Team Members to ensure all Guest receive WOW! service.
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Team Member scheduling.
- Maximize Hotel occupancy and rates.
- Implement and conduct new-hire and on-going training.
- Assist in all areas of Hotel Operations including but not limited to Reservations, Front Desk and PBX.
- Counsel Team Members as needed.
- Accurately utilize the Maestro Reservation System, 10 key by touch, key card processor, fax machine, in-room movie system.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-year previous Hotel Operations experience preferred.
- Maestro Reservation System
Machinery or Work Equipment Used:
- Multi-line telephone, fax machine, personal computer, printer, copier, paper shredder and scanner, 10 key by touch, key card processor, fax machine, in-room movie system.
