Summary of Job Duties:

Responsible for the direct supervision of Hotel Operation Team Members to ensure all Guest receive WOW! service.

Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Team Member scheduling.
  • Maximize Hotel occupancy and rates.
  • Implement and conduct new-hire and on-going training.
  • Assist in all areas of Hotel Operations including but not limited to Reservations, Front Desk and PBX.
  • Counsel Team Members as needed.
  • Accurately utilize the Maestro Reservation System, 10 key by touch, key card processor, fax machine, in-room movie system.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1-year previous Hotel Operations experience preferred.
  • Maestro Reservation System

Machinery or Work Equipment Used:

  • Multi-line telephone, fax machine, personal computer, printer, copier, paper shredder and scanner, 10 key by touch, key card processor, fax machine, in-room movie system.
