The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the Front Desk operations, staff, and guests. This position works closely with the General Manager achieve desired revenue, exceed guest satisfaction, and maintain a high level of service. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you should have a strong knowledge of the brand you represent, the hotel, and the management company.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
- To exemplify Hotel policies and procedures.
- To uphold the highest level of guest satisfaction through leading by example
- To maintain a high employee morale.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience in a hotel management role with strong guest service background
- IHG or Opera experience is required.
- Proven track record of achieving excellent customer service.
- Will work desk shifts.
- Assertive, driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to motivate and instill positive change
- A well organized, highly motivated individual with a take charge attitude and excellent communication skills and great attention to detail is vital to this position.
- Must set an example for all employees at all times relating to guest service and professionalism.
- Excellent communicator, well organized, and detail oriented.
- Flexible hours required.
- Basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to work independently as well as follow given instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
